You will be suprised how many DJs out there that don't take requests We encourage requests from you and your guests. We provide request booklets for everyone to view our music lists.
You don`t have to worry about a thing. We use only state of the art sound systems and always have backup components on hand.
We understand how important your decor is. Our DJ equipment and presentation is always set up in a neat and clean fashion. Rest assured our set up will not be an eye sore at your event.
Our set up and tear down time is never taken away from your music time as specified on your contract.

How can I guarantee my event date?
Please contact us to check for availability. We book on a first come first serve basis, so contact us to book an appointment. To guarantee your event date with us we will require a signed contract and a small deposit of $200.00 in most cases. We will meet again 30 days prior to your event date to discuss the planning and programming. This is when the remaining balance can be paid, otherwise it is due in full 14 days prior to your event date.
What if we cancel?
If you cancel more than 30 days ahead of your event date, you will forefit the deposit which is standard with almost any vendor. Why? Because we will turn away other bookings once we book your event. In this case, to be fair, we will offer a 6 month window to choose an alternative date for your event. (provided we are available for the new date) Most other companies do not provide this option. If you cancel within 30 days of your booked event date, you will be charged in full. Why? It is highly unlikely we will be able to replace your event with another booking within 30 days of your event date.
What method of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Cheques, Cash and Email Money Transfers. Cheques are made out to the Kreation Entertainment Company.
What time will you arrive?
Typically, we will arrive about 60 to 90 minutes before your event start time. During that time, the equipment is brought into the venue, the systems is set up, and a sound check is performed to make sure everything looks and sounds great!
Will you play songs that we provide for you?
If you have a special song as an MP3, we will gladly play it for you. The recording must be good quality.
Do you take requests?
We encourage requests from you and your guests. We provide request catalogues for everyone to view our music lists. However, we do not play songs that would be inappropriate for your event. We will discuss music that you would like to hear and music will you do not want to hear in advance.
